Who we are
TruSim Systems is a brand of Canwil Textiles, Inc., a manufacturer of industrial fabrics and golf simulator products operating from Auburn, Georgia. These terms govern orders placed with us, whether through our customer ordering portal, by email, or by purchase order.
Orders and acceptance
Prices shown in our ordering portal are automatically generated estimates, not a binding offer. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing.
We may decline or adjust an order — for example where a price was affected by a data error, where materials are unavailable, or where dimensions are outside what we can produce. If a price needs to change we will contact you before proceeding.
Placing an order through the portal requires an approved account.
Custom products
Impact screens, drapes, gap fillers and similar products are cut and sewn to the dimensions you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of those dimensions. We recommend confirming measurements against your enclosure before ordering.
If it’s custom, it is final sale. Custom products are not returnable except where defective or not as ordered. There is no restocking fee on custom products because they cannot be returned at all. See our Shipping, Inspection & Returns Policy, which also sets out the inspection you must carry out at delivery and the 2 business day window for reporting damage or shortages.
Minor variation in finished dimensions is normal in textile manufacturing. Colour may vary slightly between production runs.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, freight, taxes and duties unless stated. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days.
Customers with a negotiated rate card are charged those rates. Where no rate is set for a product, we will quote before proceeding.
Payment
By card. Payment is taken in our secure customer portal. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
A surcharge of up to 3% applies to credit card payments. It is disclosed before you confirm, appears on your receipt, and is not applied to debit cards. The surcharge does not exceed our cost of accepting the card, and is reduced or removed where state law requires.
On account. Approved customers may be offered payment terms. Invoices are due per the terms on the invoice. Overdue balances may be subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month and may suspend further orders.
Rush service
Rush production is available at additional cost, priced by how far out your need-by date falls. Rush fees cover expedited production, not expedited freight. Rush fees are non-refundable once production has begun.
Delivery
Ship-by dates are the date goods leave Auburn; transit is additional. Goods ship FOB Origin, Auburn, GA. See our Shipping Policy.
Product conformity and liability
We will supply products that conform to your confirmed order specification. If a product is defective or does not match what was confirmed, tell us within the inspection window set out in our Shipping, Inspection & Returns Policy.
Our sole obligation is to repair, replace or credit the affected product at our option. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost business or lost use. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Intellectual property
Designs, drawings and specifications we produce remain our property. You may use them for your own installation. Product names, logos and marks are ours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Barrow County, Georgia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order is the version that applies.
